Korean Beef Tacos

Chicken recipe By: All Recipes

Rating: 4.8 from 325 votes

Serve with taco shells (check ingredients!), slaw, and your fav toppings

Chuck roast was on sale, but I didn’t want pot roast AGAIN. This was a WINNING alternative my whole family loved. With the Asian flavors, adjust your toppings (i.e. you may not want salsa with this). The onions and jalapeno leftover in the IP was ahhhhmazing on top. And I adjusted the slaw and used half EVOO/toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar instead of lime juice, and skipped the cumin.

Pizza Chicken

Serve with salad and basic vinaigrette

Confession time: a friend gave me a sourdough pizza crust, so I used this recipe only to make a pizza topping combo. I didn’t even realize it’s a stand-alone recipe until I created this WFD menu here! You could probably serve it with some simple roasted potatoes, but I think it’s hearty enough to stand on its own, too. I’m looking forward to trying it as written SOON.

Pork Medallions with Blue Cheese Sauce

Serve with rice and salad with simple vinaigrette

WOWeeee… THIS is a good one. Quick, easy, and I even heard a “restaurant quality” review from my family. I used my favorite Elmhurst cashew milk instead of heavy cream, and it worked just fine. Can’t wait to hear what you think!

Instant Pot Chili

Serve with your favorite chili toppings and accompaniments.

It’s time for the Super Bowl, and that means chili and cornbread!

This is an Instant Pot recipe - my FAV! But a crock pot recipe is here and stove top recipe is here if you prefer another instead.

Breakfast for Dinner

Rating: 5/5 because it’s EASY!

Eggs your way, bacon or sausage, French toast

When dad’s away the girls eat breakfast for dinner! Super fast to prepare, but it can quickly become less than truly nourishing. Keep your blood sugar balanced by prioritizing the protein and healthy fats in the eggs and bacon/sausage over the carbs of the French toast. Add in veggies for extra nutrient density. Get the best quality your budget can handle: pastured eggs, clean bacon/sausage, clean bread. Then it’s both yummy AND supportive of your health!

Hi, I’m Andrea.

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist. As you might guess, food’s kind of my thing. But I’m also a busy mom on a budget, so meal planning has been a sanity-saver for me to save time and money.

I’ve been answering the question What’s For Dinner? for my own family for years now. So I figured why not answer it for others who ask the same questionevery week with frustration. And so What’s Fork Dinner? was born.
