Serve with a salad w simple vinaigrette (double for later)
Spaghetti is just one of those things you can have regularly. So it was time to enjoy this old favorite again! Don’t forget this is an Instant Pot recipe. Since it took me a LONG time to find a recipe I love, I don’t have an alternative. Make your usual spaghetti if you don’t have an IP.

Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans
I LOVE the sauce in this recipe, but I don’t cook the fish frozen or in an air fryer. If you want to give it a try, go for it! Otherwise, use thawed salmon, slather on the marinade, and bake until done (145 degrees), about 15-18 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. Oh and make extra sauce, too! YUM.
Sheet Pan Chicken & Veggies Stir Fry

Serve with rice
What an easy way to make a stir fry. Couple notes: 1) the recipe calls for chicken tenders, which are more expensive. Save some $$$ and get chicken breast since you’re cutting the chicken either way. 2) Skip the foil and/or parchment. Both have red flags as far as your health, and this sauce is easy to clean without them.

Serve with mashed potatoes and salad
Burgers… but fancier and saucier and somehow a little winterier. If you have a mushroom hater, chop them big so they can pick them out. And please PLEASE… sub the bouillon cube. They’re FULL of horrible ingredients that have known health implications. Use soy sauce or more Worcestershire or ketchup instead.

Serve with a biscuit on the side. I am OBSESSED with Cappello’s gluten free!
This is a grain-free, gluten-free recipe, but don’t let that scare you. It’s still full of flavor! If you want to give it a try as written, go for it. But feel free to use your typical swaps that you likely already have on hand (like flour) instead. You might just see how easy it actually IS to make a delicious recipe gluten free,
