Instant Pot Chili
Recipe By: Dinner at the Zoo
Rating: 4.99 out of 465 votes
Serve with your favorite chili toppings and accompaniments.
I’ve been through my fair share of chili recipes, and this is now my go-to. Quick to prep, perfect for fall and, thanks to the IP, FULL of flavor in not a lot of time.
Apple Butter Pork Tenderloin
Recipe By: Foodtastic Mom
Rating: 4.91 stars from 10 reviews (and “Restaurant Quality” from my family)
Serve with cheesy grits and roasted Brussels sprouts.
I’d never used the slow cooker setting on my Instant Pot before this. But it was PERFECT. Seriously SO good, especially with the cheesy grits! Note that the recipe calls for bacon. I LOOOOOVE bacon, but I just didn’t want to spend the money on it and thought the recipe would be great without it. But you do you! :)
Steak Bites with Garlic Butter
Recipe By: Dinner at the Zoo
Rating: 5 stars from 181 reviews
Serve with mashed or baked potatoes and a quick cucumber salad. DELISH.
Tip: 1) Get the potatoes cooking. 2) Whip up the cucumber salad and let it sit. 3) Leave the steak bites for VERY last - they come together REALLY quick. Have everything else ready and the fam waiting so you can serve them nice and hot.
Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Recipe By: Little Spice Jar
Rating: 4.9 stars from 111 reviews
Another comforting one-pot meal for fall.
Variation(s): The recipe calls for wild rice and mushrooms. I ordered wild rice because I could only find a blend locally. The author doesn’t recommend a blend, but give it a try if that’s easiest for you. || My 17yo doesn’t like mushrooms, so I added in extra carrots and celery instead.
Old Bay Shrimp
Recipe By: Enjoy Clean Eating
Rating: 5 stars from 49 reviews
Serve with roasted potatoes, green beans, and SIMPLE homemade cocktail sauce.
The recipe calls for cooking in an air fryer. I’m not an air fryer fan - a story for another day. So I bake the shrimp on a cookie sheet until done instead. 1) Mix the shrimp with spices and let sit. 2) Get potatoes in oven. 3) Get green beans cooking on the stovetop. 4) Mix up the cocktail sauce. 5) Bake shrimp. 6) Eat up!

Hi, I’m Andrea.
I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist. As you might guess, food’s kind of my thing. But I’m also a busy mom on a budget, so meal planning has been a sanity-saver for me to save time and money.
I’ve been answering the question What’s For Dinner? for my own family for years now. So I figured why not answer it for others who ask the same questionevery week with frustration. And so What’s Fork Dinner? was born.
