Hi, I’m Andrea, founder of the holistic nutrition practice, Craving a Change, where I help people as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist. As you might guess, food’s kind of my thing. But I’m also a busy mom on a budget, so meal planning has been a sanity-saver for me to save time and money.

I’ve been answering the question What’s For Dinner? for my own family for years now. So I figured why not answer it for others who ask the same frustrating question every week. And so What’s Fork Dinner? was born.

  • Are you tired of always asking - and being asked - “What’s for dinner?” Then What’s Fork Dinner is for you. Busy moms and dads, working professionals, nutrition newbies, and anyone else looking for stress-free dinner planning with a focus on whole foods and seasonal dishes.

  • No. While I try to pick recipes that emphasize whole foods, I’ll note when you can make different or improved ingredient choices for better nutritional benefits. I also often note when there’s a particular ingredient I prefer in case you’d like to make the same choice. Otherwise, the recipes are generally flexible for most dietary needs.

  • Everything from meatloaf to chicken tacos to hotdogs. Nothing too fancy - unless it’s a celebration of some sort. Some recipes might take a little time; others are much quicker. While I love feeding my family home-cooked meals most nights, I don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen either. So I specifically try to stay away from anything too complicated.

  • Heck no! There are people much better suited for that than I am. Because I like to keep things fresh for my own family, I’m always on the hunt for recipes around the web and tend to pick ones that have higher ratings/favorable comments.

  • Absolutely. No commitments, just cancel before your next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be given if you cancel early.

  • Craving a Change is Andrea’s Nutritional Therapy practice. She simply uses her website for both nutritional therapy and What’s Fork Dinner.
